At Must Love Body and Mind, each tea blend is prepared to order in small batches. Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns once they have been shipped.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is any issue with your order such as damaged packaging, or receiving the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@mustlovebodyandmind.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will be happy to offer:

1. A replacement product, or
2. A refund for the affected item(s).

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Because each blend is handcrafted in small batches, we appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
